Your First Coast Inspector will inspect and evaluate the structural part of your prospective property. The foundation, floor joists, the rafters or trusses and the ceiling joist, if all are visible. We will be looking for uneven settling or movement as well as owner altered members. We will also look for improperly constructed do-it-yourself projects and overlooked subcontractor mistakes and omissions.

If doing a Phase II inspection on a new home, we can inspect for so much more. For instance, we can examine hurricane tie downs, the boring of studs and joists, insulation ventilation, HVAC duct connections, etc.
